Zooey Deschanel is dating a new man: Jamie Linden. Six months after she split from her husband Ben Gibbard, the actress attended the ‘Magic Mike’ premiere in Hollywood holding hands with the screenwriter.
The two seemed very close during the party. They held hands, laughed and chatted all night long. “Jamie’s a really nice guy. He’s funny, and a little geeky. . .he’s into her!” one source told about Jamie.
Jamie Linden wrote the scripts for the films ’10 Years’, ‘Dear John’ and ‘We Are Marshall’.
Zooey and Death Cab for Cutie frontman Ben Gibbard tied the knot in September 2009. They split last November.
Zooey is best known for playing Jess in ‘The New Girl’.
