It’s going to be a boy for Vanessa Minnillo and her husband Nick Lachey. The 31-year-old mom-to-be made the announcement on Wednesday.

“Nick and I are incredibly excited to share the news that we are expecting a baby boy. We can’t wait to meet him soon!” she wrote on her website.

Recently, the couple went for a babymoon to Jade Mountain in St. Lucia. With this occasion, Vanessa shared a photo of herself while wearing bikini. “Let’s embrace our changing bodies!” she wrote on Twitter along with the photo.
Back in March, the ‘Wipeout’ host revealed that she would love to have a baby boy. “I’m excited either way! But I always wanted a boy first. Just a healthy baby”, she said.
Vanessa and her 38-year-old husband (who was previously married to Jessica Simpson) tied the knot in July 2011. The unborn baby boy is the first child for both Vanessa and Nick.
