The (nick) name belongs to one girl who posted photos of herself and a friend on @shellmerci’s Twitter, via MediaTakeOut while having fun in a hotel room that appears to belong to Kim and her husband Kris Humphries.
11 photos were posted on September 23rd and they show two girls having crazy fun in a hotel room.

“omgggg crazy night last night” reads the first tweet which provides videos of the “crazy night”: two girls facing a mobile camera as someone who appears to be Humphries passes by behind them.

Then there’s a picture with one of the girl on a bed. “on kims bed!” reads this photo.

“kim and kris’s closet!! ohhh my god!!!” reads another one.

“hahahahhahah”, reads the last tweet followed by a picture of the girls holding a monographed towel with the initials “KH” stitched large.
