Another lawsuit with Tom Cruise’s name on it. Don’t you feel like Tom Cruise is doing everything but movies lately? Anyway, A Los Angeles magazine editor, Michael Davis Sapir is demanding Cruise $5 million claiming the’ Mission Impossible’ hired private investigator Anthony Pellicano to wiretap his phone. TMZ.com reports that, in the papers filed at Los Angeles’ County Superior Court on Friday, Michael Davis Sapir specifies that investigator Anthony Pellicano and attorney Bert Fields bugged his phone on Tom’s orders. Of course this is not the first time when Tom Cruise has issues with Michael Davis Sapir. In 2001, the star sued Sapir for $100 million after Sapir declared he has a video tape showing Cruise “engaged in a homosexual relationship”. The same year the lawsuit settled after both parties declared that no such tape existed. Now, Michael Davis Sapir claims investigator Anthony Pellicano illegally wiretapped his phone during the time the 2001 lawsuit.
