Katherine Jackson has temporarily lost the guardianship over Michael Jackson’s children (Paris, Prince, and Blanket). The guardianship now goes to Tito Jackson’s son TJ Jackson.

“I’ve never heard my grandmother talk like that. She wasn’t sharp.  The pauses, choice of vocabulary … she has not used certain phrases like that before”, TJ told the judge.

According to TMZ, Katherine called her home in Calabasas sounding “drugged” and ordering that the security team be fired and replaced by Janet Jackson’s security. So TJ was probably right.

Anyway, he got the guardianship. The judge actually advised him to seek a permanent guardianship.

The judge said Katherine was not suspended for bad behavior. But that she was prevented from doing her guardianship by the third parties. Translation: Randy, Janet, Jermaine and Rebbie.

Katherine’s lawyer, Sandra Ribera said that she believes Katherine has been held against her will at the spa.

As we previously told you, the Jackson members (Randy, Janet, Jermaine and Rebbie) want to declare Michael’s will invalid.
