To make the long story short: Tito Ortiz was arrested yesterday for felony domestic violence at the home he shares with Jenna Jameson.

According to TMZ.com, when the cops arrived at the couple’s home in Huntington Beach, CA, Jenna Jameson had “visible injuries”. Tito was taken into is custody and closed to a Huntington Beach jail in Orange County, CA.
Tito and Jenna are not married, but they have twin boys together.
After the fight, Jenna said this was the first time Tito hit her and it’s going be the last one. Her father declared they have filed for a restraining order against Tito and Jenna is going to press charges against him. “I’m gonna be alright. My babies are alright … every thing’s OK .. he’s in jail”, she told TMZ.com.
After the scandal broke, Jenna announced she’s quitting Twitter. “I cant take any more abuse from ANYONE.. To my sweet fans…thank you”, she said.
On the other hand, Tito Ortiz and his attorney claim Jenna Jameson is addicted to Oxycontin. They also say that was the reason for which they fought.

Tito’s attorney Chip Matthews said that Jenna has been battling addiction to the painkiller for more than a year now. Matthews also said Jenna has been to rehab and that she tried to kill herself several times. Tito and his lawyer insinuated that Jenna injured herself while she was high on Oxycontin. “Tito never touched Jenna”, Matthews added. In response to Tito’s claims, former porn star Jenna Jameson said: “He’s trying to save his career”.
