The Spice Girls’ Story Turned Into Musical!

Now that we know the Spice Girls are planning a reunion tour, we face the fact that they also plan to do a musical about the band’s story! The film is a a two-hour musical described as a “pop extravaganza” produced by Geri Halliwell (Ginger Spice).

As you can figure, there is talking about the band’s rise to fame as the most successful girl group of the 1990s.
“The project is Geri’s baby really but all the girls are backing it. The idea is for five relatively unknown actresses to take the parts and hopefully the girls will each have a say in who is cast”, The Mirror reveals quoting an insider.
Although Victoria Beckham has better things to do than signing for the reunion tour, she seems to give a helping hand for the musical project. She, Melanie Brown, Melanie Chisholm and Emma Bunton are helping to select the actresses playing them.
