For those who may still think Brittany Murphy's death wasn't natural and may think it was connected to the fact that she was a famous person, the will she left could be conclusive in this matter. Brittany Murphy's will was executed before she met her husband Simon Monjack. In the will the actress specifies she leaves her estate to her mother, Sharon Murphy. Brittany's house was held in trust, a trust created several years before she met Monjack. Unless Brittany made an amendment to this will after meeting Monjack, he is not mentioned in it.
