Everybody talks about either Roman Polanski should be released or not! Let’s talk about Samantha Geimer too. After all she is the former 13 years old girl who was abused by the director. Well, according to lawyer Lawrence Silver, Samantha made an appeal court to dismiss the criminal charges against Polanski. It seems that Samantha who lives in Hawaii is being stalked by paparazzi so she wants the whole story to end up. The woman is afraid that the huge publicity made around the case will cause her to lose her job.

Roman Polanski’s health situation is not good at all. The director who’s in Swiss jail for almost a month, recently needed to undergo medical treatment. “All I know is that he has been taken from prison for medical attention. I don’t know where he is or when he will be returned to prison”, Herve Temime, his lawyer declared for TMZ.com.
Polanski is 76 years old, he is in jail and faces extradition to the U.S. for having sexual relationship with a minor more than 30 years ago.

It seems that the director who’s currently held in Swiss prison is not only “deeply depressed”, but he is actually on a “suicide watch”. Now that Roman Polanski is arrested, he looks like the kind of criminal who was hunted his whole life by the police and finally put behind bars. Only his lawyer, Herve Temime declared for GMA that he is ready to “obtain his freedom”. The attorney is very optimist and said that Roman is in “very good shape”.
