Meredith Baxter, best known as Elyse Keaton from the hit ’80s sitcom ‘Family Ties’ reveals that she is a lesbian. “I’m a lesbian mom”, she told People. It seems that 62 years old actress started dating women seven years ago. What can we say, 55 is the perfect age for changing your sexual orientation but who are we to decide?! She also admitted that being gay “had never crossed my mind”, although Baxter also claims “I was never comfortable with myself. That doesn’t mean I was questioning.”
Now, Meredith Baxter is having a four-year relationship with building contractor Nancy Locke, she continues acting and she is running a skincare company. “I feel like I’m being honest for the first time”, she said. Baxter also mentioned that she told her kids about her new-found identity.
