People Magazine says Johnny Depp is the hottest man alive, but Miley Cyrus says it is Zac Efron. In a radio interview with Sirius XM's The Morning Mash Up!, the newly 17 years old singer admitted she likes Zac Effron and that she considers him "the hottest".
