Katy Perry wardrobe malfunction has almost put the singer into an embarrassing situation. The singer attended  the ASCAP Pop Music Awards in Hollywood on Wednesday.

She wore a curve-hugging ivory embroidered gown dangling off her shoulder. While posing on the red carpet her dress almost slipped off her shoulder revealing her left breast. The singer accessorized the Temperley design with a daisy-adorned headband in her dark purple hair and multi-strand pearl bracelet.
