Although Charlie Sheen was charged with assaulting  Brooke Mueller, the judged decided the actor can go back home with his wife and their two sons. The hearing involving the couple's fight on Christmas Day took place in an Aspen, Colorado court on Monday. 44 years old Sheen was charged with felony menacing and two misdemeanors: third-degree assault and criminal mischief.Continue Reading

According to TMZ.com, the Washington Wizards star has been charged for carrying a pistol without a license, in connection with a locker room standoff with teammate Javaris Crittenton on Christmas Eve. On October 7, 2008 Gerard Butler attacked a paparazzi outside the premiere party for Guy Ritchie film 'RocknRolla'. In May 2009, the Los Angeles City Attorney filed for battery charge against the '300' actor.

Yesterday a California judge has dismissed the charge after the actor's representatives proved the paparazzo was stalking Butler and almost injured a person while chasing him.
So now the 'P.S. I Love You' and 'The Ugly Truth' actor can happily continue being a sex symbol despite his newly unshaped body.

Judge Lawrence Mira has just come to a verdict about Mel Gibson's DUI charge: he expunged the DUI from Mel's record.
Mira mentioned though that the conviction will still be eloquent if Gibson will ever be caught driving under influence of forbidden substances.
Blair Berk, Gibson's lawyer asked for the charge to be put out of the record two weeks ago, after Mel completed the terms of his three-year probation.
