With or without Brandon Davis, Avril Lavigne tries to be a fair lady with future former husband, Deryck Whibley. After Avril filed for divorce  from him, they are ready to settle the divorce's financial conditions. According to TMZ.com, Avril is willing to leave Deryck the L.A. house. In change for what? Well it seems that she gave Deryck the multimillion dollar Sherman Oaks home not only out of generosity, but because the house has also a lot of debt. We are referring to over one million dollars left to be paid.
