Stevie Wonder divorce: the singer ends marriage to Kai Millard Morris
Stevie Wonder files for his freedom. The 62-year-old singer is divorcing his wife Kai Millard Morris. According to TMZ, Stevie cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for his divorce. The same docs reveal that Stevie and his wife have been separated since October 2009.
Stevie filed the divorce papers using his legal name, Stevland Morris, and signed with two fingerprints. The singer is seeking joint custody of the couple’s two boys: 10-year-old Kailand and 7-year-old Mandla Kadjay Carl Stevland.
The singer also agrees to pay both spousal and child support.
Stevie Wonder married Kai Millard back in 2001.
Previously he was married to Syreeta Wright from 1970 until 1972. The singer has five other kids from his previous relationships.
