Stephanie Birkitt, Letterman's ex-affair, the woman who indirectly started the extortion scandal in which the TV host was involved is banned from coming on the CBS set where the 'Late Show' is filmed.
Birkitt who used to be Letterman's assistant and personal attorney and also extortionist Robert Halderman's ex-girlfriend was in the middle of this scandal since the beginning. Halderman who knew about Birkitt's affair with Letterman tried to blackmail the TV host by asking him $ 2million in return to not release the information about their relationship.
"Security got a verbal order that she is 'banned' from the property for the time being", one of the security man from the CBS declared for TMZ.
