Spoiling the rumors saying that they are not seeing each other too often, Simon Cowell and Mezhgan Hussainy were spotted kissing on the balcony of London's ExCeL centre as Cowell was taking a break from The X Factor auditions.
The 50-year-old mogul looked happy and relaxed as he showered the 37-year-old make-up artist fiancee with affection. Actually this is the first time they are seen kissing in public (beside the little chick kiss they shared on Jay Leno's show this spring).
Cowell popped the question on Hussainy on Valentine's Day giving her a £250,000 diamond engagement ring to seal the deal. So far the couple hasn't set a wedding date.

Looked at all the photos. Fake and staged. Simon is NOT into her. While kissing he's not touching her at all. No affection from him at all. She's putting in all the work in this relationship.
