Has Whitney Port fired her fashion staff or are they just mocking the actress by letting her go on the street dressed like a homeless girl?

Anyway, someone should tell 'The Hills' star to pull up her pants because turning heads is not always a good thing. Port, for example, was the attraction of the street today as she went to the grocery store in New York's West Village. She was dressed in a shapeless flowery vest top, black flip flops and a pair of very ill-fitting shorts.
And this is not a good example coming from a girl who has the reputation of a Hollywood glamour actress. Not to mention that Port is also promoting a clothes line out in stores this fall.
