Sean Penn Charged for Assaulting a Paparazzo!

In October of last year, Sean Penn hit a paparazzo who was trying to take a picture of him, in Brentwood, CA. 

According to TMZ.com, following that getsure, the actor was charged with misdemeanor battery and vandalism after the Los Angeles City Attorney filed for these two misdemeanor counts today.
Now Penn risks 1 1/2 year in jail.
