It looks like Scarlett Johansson is dating Jared Leto. The 27-year-old actress and the 40-year-old singer/actor were seen holding hands on Thursday night, September 6 at the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, NC.

A photo obtained by E! shows the actress keeping up with Leto. Judging from the photo, Leto was staring in some unknown direction. Maybe it was just his way of being emotional.

Scarlet was also seen taking self-portraits at the event. She was also among the celebrity speakers to precede President Barack Obama’s rousing address.

The weird part only come now. According to a few sources, Scarlett is not dating Jared Leto. “Scarlett is still dating Nate [Naylor]. This is very innocent. Scarlett and Jared have remained friends, nothing more, nothing less. Let’s concentrate on the DNC and her speech, which is exponentially more important”, her representative said.

Scarlett began dating Nate one year ago. Previously she was married to Ryan Reynolds until 2010 and dated Sean Penn in early 2011.
