Rihanna kisses Chris Brown at 2012 MTV VMA

Things are definitely not over between Rihanna and Chris Brown. The two former lovers shared a kiss on the lips at the MTV VMA awards.

Rihanna was on stage to collect her award for Video Of The Year. When she exited the stage, the 24-year-old singer kissed her former boyfriend.

The tender display comes after she admitted to Oprah that she still considers Chris to be the “love of her life”. In the past, Rihanna took a restraining order out against Brown after he was charged with assault after hitting her at a pre-Grammy party in 2009. Rihanna was hospitalized at the time, while Brown received five years of probation as a result.

But all that seems just a bad dream. Now she only sees the good part of their relationship. “I think he is the love of my life. He was my first love. Now we’re very close friends. And that’s not anything we’re going to try to change.It’s awkward because I still love him”, she told Oprah.
