After they failed to pay a $10,000 bill at the San Ysidro Ranch, Randy and Evi Quaid come up with a bizzare excuse for their attitude. According to their lawyer it was all a huge misunderstanding.
The Santa Barbara County D.A. reports that Quaid's lawyer said the couple didn't think they had to pay the bill before leaving. So they wanted to pay it at a later date!!! And when the date come, the bill got lost in their mail!!! What a shame!
With or without this excuse, the two of them will have to face court on October 19.
