Randy Jackson is being sued for stealing "America's Best Dance Crew" show idea. Last week in L.A. County Superior Court, a man named Dwight McGhee filed legal papers against him and MTV for ripping off his idea. The man says the concept about a dance crew was taken from his "International Breakerz League" show. He now claims that his show is "uncannily similar" to "America's Best Dance Crew".
He is asking Randy and MTV to pay more than $2,000,000.
