Wesley Snipes might be able to fight everybody, but when it comes to Uncle Sam, he’s just hopeless.
According to TMZ.com, The United States Government wants Wesley Snipes in jail immediately. It looks like federal prosecutors in Florida can’t wait any longer for Wesley to do his time for tax evasion. So they have already asked the judge to “immediately revoke Wesley Trent Snipes’s bail and order him to surrender”.
Snipes was convicted in May 2008 for evading $12,000,000 in taxes for 1999, 2000 and 2001. Let’s not forget that he earned more than $37 million in the period between 1999-2004. The 47-year-old actor is facing 3 years of jail time.
