The two of them used to date 20 years ago after meeting on the set of the 1988 ‘Coming to America’. Arsenio Hall also appeared in the music video for Paula’s ’80s single ‘Straight Up’. Now, after she left ‘American Idol’ and being single (after breaking up with restaurant owner J.T. Torregiani last year), Paula has gladly received Arsenio’s words of support.
