One Question Can Throw Charlie Sheen in Jail!

Charlie Sheen thinks he is sinless so he is going to plead not guilty today in Aspen. The actor is charged with misdemeanor assault.

Currently the 'Two men and a Half' actor is out on bail following his arrest due to the Christmas Day incident involving his wife, Brooke Mueller. The bail's condition: Charlie can't consume alcohol or use drugs. But it seems like the actor has failed this condition since he is currently in rehab.

So if the judge asks Charlie about the rehab and what made him check in there, Sheen may be in trouble because no matter what answer he gives, the situation can only get worse. If he admits using alcohol or drug, his bail can be revoked and he could be thrown in jail. But if Sheen says he did not use alcohol or drugs, he could face a perjury charge. Sheen's only chance is to not be asked this question by the judge. What are the odds?
