According to TMZ.com, the actress filed the documents in L.A. County Superior Court on May 10. It was just two days before the couple's 9th wedding anniversary.
The actress who covered the Playboy Magazine and her husband have 2-year-old twins together. Now, Garcelle is seeking joint legal and physical custody.
As for spousal support, the actress asked the judge not award anything to her husband.
