When they have decided to tied the knot, Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo see themselves into an embarrassing situation. They can't afford to pay the wedding's costs, The National Enquirer reports. "It's frustrating. They finally made the big decision to spend the rest of their lives together, and now a cash flow issue seems to be standing in the way of their dream wedding", one close friend of the couple declared.
36 years old Nick was supposed to pay for the wedding with the money he takes from the release of his upcoming album, 'Coming Up For Air'. But that plan fell, so he needs to wait for another opportunity. Now he only makes money out of hosting gigs.
At the same time, 29 years old Vanessa quit her job as a MTV VJ in order to focus on her acting career. But that didn't work either, so now she is "desperately looking for working".
"It is as if neither one of them has the money to pay for an extravaganza…", their friends have concluded.
