What better gift for turning 30 than a hot new figure? Miranda Lambert has offered herself this gift and she looks amazing. The country singer has dropped a lot of weight and she debuted her new look on November 10 at the CMA Awards. With the occasion, she made public her diet and workout regime.
“People think I lost more, but I’m short. I’m only 5’4″ so when I gain, I gain everywhere, and when I lose, I lose everywhere”, she told People.

Her secret? Portion size and exercise. Miranda drinks store-bought prepared pressed juice in the morning and watches her portions. But don’t worry, she doesn’t make her own juice. “It’s a mess and I’m not that disciplined”, she said. Plus, she was not able to be too strict with her diet and she doesn’t to turn her diet into a nightmare, so she took baby steps into adapting to the new plan. “I haven’t given up everything! I try to just cut everything in half”, the singer said.

As for the workouts, Miranda  brings her trainer on tour with her. “We do cardio, a lot of circuit training. We do things with my body weight, like lunges. A lot of stuff with [resistance] bands. The stuff nobody loves, but it works!” she said.

The singer’s husband Blake Shelton said he loved her “at any size and every size”, but he supported her decision to lose weight. “He has been proud of my hard work on this. He brags on me. That makes me feel great”, Miranda confessed.
