Miley Cyrus' sister is even more precocious than her. At 10 years old, Noah Cyrus already knows who's the man of her life.

You've already guessed: Justin Bieber. And Noah is not too shy to show her feelings in a clip for the Canadian singer. The 3:08 clip shows the high-junior school girl dancing and screaming "I love you, Justin Bieber". The clip was most certainly meant for Bieber's sweet 16 birthday, but is still kind of odd to see such a little girl going crazy for one boy. Don't they have dolls anymore!?

And by the way, Justin Bieber doesn't actually like Miley so how could he like her much younger sister?
