Miley Cyrus starts to look more and more like any other teen star of her age: naked photos, going from one man to the other, envy and so on. Her new accomplishment as a star is a tattoo (every star has one, so why wouldn't she do the same?) The actress was seen yesterday enjoying the sun with some friends at the Fontainebleau Resort on Miami Beach wearing in a teeny bikini while showing off a recently-inked tattoo. The words tattooed in black ink on her ribcage just under her left breast say "Just Breathe". Speaking of her breast, you can notice the star has somehow adjusted her bra. Is she wearing push-up even for swimming? Now talking about the tattoo itself, since Miley is under 18 years old (she recently turned 17), it is illegal in US for her to have one.
Miley's representative made no comment whether the tattoo was a permanent or temporary one.

Actually, it isn't illegal for minors to have tattoos in the U.S.. It is illegal for tattoo artists to give minors a tattoo without written permission on record from a parent or guardian this is the same as getting a piercing. Plus, because of the location a parent would probably have to be in the room at the time. That being said because of the sensitivity of the area (right over the ribs) I would suspect that the tattoo is a fake.

get over it. she is like 16 or whatever. tattoos aren't even a big deal, i have one on my foot and im only 15. just because she has a tattoo doesn't mean she is a bad person, just because she is famous doesn't mean she cant have the privileges of a normal teen. leave her be, its her life and you people who don't know her have no right to judge her.
