Michelle McGee's Ex-Husband Seeks for Full Custody of Their Son!

Once again about Michelle McGee! Jesse James' mistress finds herself in a little trouble. Her former husband Ronald Shane Modica seeks for full custody of Avery, their five-year-old son.

It looks like Modica filed his motion in San Diego, California on Friday as a consequence of the scandal involving his ex-wife and Jesse James.
"I need protection for my son. If [Michelle] sees Avery, she will bring these curiosity seekers and glory hounds down on herself and Avery, totally confusing and frankly scaring him", he said.
He adds that Avery doesn't want to go to his mother's house. "He fights me violently, and screams, yells, cries and begs not to go", Modica said in the documents. It looks like Modica is afraid that McGee will leave the U.S. and go to Australia (where she has a boyfriend) and take Avery with her.
"There have been pornographic shoots there and live WEB cam pornographic broadcasts from her home. I will not continue to expose him to the kind of life Michelle desires and seeks: full on, pornographic, party all the time", Modica also said. He mentioned the house McGee lives in is not a proper home for a child. According to Modica, McGee, who he calls a "stripper and pornographic performer" is mentally ill yet refuses to take prescribed medication for bipolar disorder. He added that McGee keeps "coffins in the living room and child block magnets on the refrigerator that spell out 'White Power'".
Unfortunately for Modica, the judge denied Modica's request late Friday.
As a response to Modica's claims, McGee insisted that she spends quality time with her sons, is not doing drugs, supports herself through "artistic nudes" and does not expose her kids to the racy material.
The next scheduled court date in May 12.
