Michael Lohan Arrested for Violating a Restraining Order!

Michael Lohan, the troubled father of his troubled daughter, Lindsay Lohan has been arrested for violating a restraining order. Last June, a Long Island judge gave Lohan the restraining order after he threatened to kill himself and his ex- girlfriend, Erin Muller. Because he called Muller, Lohan has violated the court order, therefore police in Suffolk County, New York arrested him on Monday. According to Newsday, the 49-year-old Lohan is being charged with second-degree contempt of court  because Muller has an order of protection against him restricting Michael from "trying to communicate by phone."
"I was not arrested. Erin and I had an argument. She has an ongoing order of protection against me. She called and said I violated it by making a phone call to her. I went down there today and saw the judge and I handled it and that was it", he told RadaOnline.
