Although Michael Jackson is dead, we will still be able to hear his music.

According to TMZ.com, Sony has signed the late King of Pop's estate to a recording contract that guarantees $200M and could be worth up to $250M.

It seems like not less than seven projects will take place over the next 10 years. The surprise comes from the fact that these projects include never before released Jackson music. It is like Michael is providing music even from his grave!
"During his life, Michael's contracts set the standard for the industry. By all objective criteria, this agreement with Sony Music demonstrates the lasting power of Michael's music by exceeding all previous industry benchmarks", the Associated Press said quoting John Branca, the co-executor of the Jackson estate.
"We're dedicated to protecting this icon's legacy and we're thrilled that we can continue to bring his music to the world for the foreseeable future", Sony Music's Columbia Epic Label Group chairman Rob Stringer said after the negotiations.
It seems like Sony gets a two-year extension for the right to distribute the Michael Jackson catalog to 2017.
