Destiny made Bieber happy on Saturday when he met Kim, who attended the star-studded White House Correspondents' Dinner in Washington, D.C.. The two shook hands, gabbed for several minutes and posed for photos together. Baby steps for a real relationship, right!?
"I officially have Bieber fever!" Kim wrote on her Twitter page. At the same time, Justin posted a TwitPic of them at the event. "Look, it's my girlfriend", he wrote.
