Mariska Hargitay french kisses Ali Wentworth. Following Barack Obama’s support for gay marriage, the two actresses kissed in public.
The two were attended the 5th Annual Joyful Revolution Gala in New York City. While on the red carpet, Hargitay passionately kissed Wentworth on her mouth.
It was their way of thanking Barack Obama for his political move. Yet he made an important decision for the same sex couples.
Both Hargitay and Wentworth are married to men. Mariska Hargitary is married to ‘Law and Order’ co-star Peter Hermann. Ali Wentworth is married to ‘Good Morning America’ journalist George Stephanopoulos.
Hargitay are Wentworth are not the first female stars to kiss in public. It all started back in 2003 when Madonna kissed Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera during the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards. Meryl Streep and Sandra Bullock kissed onstage during the Critics’ Choice Movie Awards in 2010. Scarlett Johansson and Sandra Bullock kissed the same year at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards.
Angelina Jolie kissed Elizabeth Mitchell in ‘Gia’. Natalie Poratman and Mila Kunis shared a kiss in ‘Black Swan’.
