Maria Shriver is fueling rumors of a possible reconciliation with her estranged husband Arnold Schwarzenegger. Shriver and Schwarzenegger split last year after she found out he fathered a child with their former housekeeper.

On Saturday, October 6, Shriver stepped out in Brentwood wearing her wedding ring. The 56-year-old journalist was seen wearing the large sparkler on her left ring finger while leaving a restaurant with her daughter Katherine.

The next day, Shriver looked in good spirits as she enjoyed a Malibu outing with her two daughters. She was wearing a floaty, poncho-style top over a white pencil skirt.

Maria Shriver  filed for divorce in July 2011 after 25 years of marriage after the 65-year-old actor admitted he had fathered a lovechild with Mildred Baena.

Meanwhile, Arnold Schwarzenegger is promoting his new memoir, ‘Total Recall: My Unbelievably True Life Story’. In the book, Schwarzenegger wrote “You can call this denial, but it’s the way my mind works…I’m still in love with Maria”. He added that, despite the divorce still going forward, he hoped “that Maria and I can come back together as husband and wife and as a family with our children”. The actor and his wife have four children together.

“I love my kids dearly, and I love Maria …She has been truly the only love that I’ve ever had and that’s what is so pitiful about it. It’s my fault. There’s no one else to blame. I screwed up badly and I take the full blame for it”, the actor also told Piers Morgan.

Do you see them getting back together? It’s hard to tell. Maria Shriver is no Demi Moore. She seems stronger and the kids seem to be on her side. Or at least not fraternizing with their father on the lovechild issue. One again, the kids factor is becomes very important in a marriage.
