Madonna Conciliates With Brother, Christopher Ciconne

Peace time in Madonna's family! The singer has left behind her anger against her brother, Christopher Ciconne who terribly defamed Madonna in 2008, when he wrote a book about her. The book's title was 'Life With My Sister Madonna' and was showing a not very nice side of the singer. Ciconne wrote that his sister was a control freak, while her husband, Guy Ritchie was a homophobe responsible for their divorce.

"The Madonna I once knew is lost to me for ever, I am sorry for her and us", Christopher wrote. And we bet it wasn't easy for Madonna to forget those words. Back then she was devastated, but now she tries to make steps toward talking with him through e-mails. According to Britain's Sunday Mirror, the singer started conciliate with her brother especially since she got divorced from Guy last year.
"Madonna did it more for her family than for herself. Her feud with Chris was creating huge tension within the family so she decided to be the bigger person", an insider closet o Madonna declared.
"At one point Madonna wanted all the family to cut off Chris, but her father wasn't willing. It's been a nightmare ever since. She's calmed down about the book and had time to think. She realizes blood is thicker than water and has said she will meet with him this year in LA", the same source revealed.
