Estrella Archs and Lindsay Lohan
Between burglary scandal, unpaid car rental bills and hoots at F1 Rocks Concert in Singapore, Lindsay Lohan has enough time to shock us through fashion too. This Sunday, in Paris, at the Fashion Week, Lohan had her debut as the creative director of French fashion line Ungaro. The opinions about Lohan’s line success were pretty opposites.
“She may not have cut patterns, but her influence could be seen throughout this collection. Whether this is a good thing is very much open to debate: there were dresses in the collection that one could all too easily believe to have been created by a designer with no experience or training”, The Guardian expressed.
“Lindsay looked pretty sensational herself in a white mini and red stiletto heels at Paris’s Louvre museum. Her collection of thigh-high dresses for Ungaro in peach, pink and white divided critics”, The Sun writes.
But then, WWD criticized the “non skilled” influence on the collection designer, Estrella Archs:”The collection displayed none of the promised younger side Lohan was supposed to deliver. Being a young, pretty, controversial woman who looks good in clothes and photo just isn’t enough.”
So, are we buying Lohan clothes or not?
