Lindsay Lohan Sues E-Trade for Mocking Her in 'Milkaholic Baby' Commercial!

Lindsay Lohan is a woman of justice! She has filed a lawsuit against E-Trade. The Reason? The troubled actress thinks that a milkaholic, boyfriend-swipping baby named Lindsay who appears in E-Trade's newest commercial is a caricature of her.

According to The New York Post, Lindsay is asking for $ 100 million! Drugs are indeed expensive!
But let's describe the ad! It makes part of an ad series starring babies who play the stock market and shows a boy apologizing to his girlfriend via video chat for not calling her. "And that milkaholic Lindsay wasn't over?" the baby girl asks him.

Because Lohan is a very famous person, she pretends she is known by just her first name (Lindsay - just like in the commercial) so the ad is all about her. “Many celebrities are known by one name only, and E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit. They used the name Lindsay. They’re using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn’t they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message. Everybody’s talking about it and saying it’s Lindsay Lohan”, the actress' lawyer said.
And by the way, Lindsay also wants $50 million in exemplary damages and another $50 million in compensatory damages from French fashion house Ungaro which fired her from her gig as artistic advisor.
