As if her being involved in a huge burglary scandal, which seems to never end, isn’t enough, troubled Lindsay Lohan is being sued over unpaid bill. A former friend filed a lawsuit against the actress claiming Lohan owes him more than $10,000 in car rental fees.
DeSantis says that the 23 years old actress owes Speciality Car Craft, $10,620 for a number of cars she rented in May 2009.
More than that, in March this year Lohan crashed a luxury Maserati she borrowed from DeSantis. But DeSantis says he forgives her for that. The car was then put on auction website eBay.com to recuperate the costs.
Now DeSantis says he won’t consider forgiving Lohan for the unpaid bill and he will take legal action against her.
