Today, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elden S. Fox revoked her probation and ordered the actress to stay in prison until October 22.
Her attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley asked the judge if Lindsay could be heard on bail, but the judge refused.
On September 18, Lindsay Lohan admitted she tested positive for cocaine as well as amphetamines. “This was certainly a setback for me, but I am taking responsibility for my actions and I’m prepared to face the consequences”, the 24-year-old actress wrote on her Twitter page.
