Despite the Probation Dept. report which says Lindsay Lohan “is doing really well, she is making changes, and is trying to become more disciplined in her actions”, the actress may go back to jail very soon.
After today’s hearing, Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner decided that Lohan violated her probation’s terms and she revoked the actress’ probation. Lohan had a few problems during her community service assignment at a women’s shelter and she failed to accomplish her duty nine times. After she left the women’s shelter, Lohan has started serving hours with the American Red Cross. Unfortunately, the judge said that would not count toward her probation because it was not part of her sentence.
Contrarily to what the Probation Dept. report says, the judge doubted that Lohan attended sessions with her shrink once a week.
After the today’s hearing, Lohan was taken away in cuffs. The judge told her that she has to complete 16 hours at the morgue before the November 2 hearing.
Lohan was on probation for a 2007 drunken driving case and a misdemeanor theft case this year.
Her bail was set at & 100,000 and, according to TMZ, the actress posted the bail ans she’s now free. She has to return to court November 2nd. If found guilty, she may be sentenced to a year and a half in jail.
