Levi Johnston Sunny Oglesby wedding will be this weekend
Bristol Palin has definitely lost Levi Johnston. Her baby daddy is getting married with another woman. Levi and Sunny Oglesby are set to get married this weekend.
“They’ve been together for about a year and a quarter”, a source told Us Weekly about the couple. 22-year-old Levi and his 20-year-old teacher fiancee welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Breeze Beretta. The baby girl was born last month.
So far it is unknown whether his son Tripp (with ex-fiancee Bristol Palin) will attend the wedding ceremony. One thing is for sure: Bristol nor her mother Sarah Palin will show their support at the wedding. In the past, Levi criticized the whole family for keeping his 4-year-old son away from him. “That’s a family. I know I listen to my family, so I’m sure [Sarah] does have some part in [keeping Tripp away]“, he told The Insider earlier this year.
“We have never hidden Tripp from Levi or discouraged Levi from spending time with him. Any suggestion that we have is false and contrary to our core beliefs”, Sarah and Todd Palin told TMZ this spring.
Levi first received media attention in August 2008 when U.S. vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin announced that her daughter Bristol was five months pregnant with his baby and that the two were engaged. The couple’s son, Tripp Easton Mitchell Johnston, was born in December 2008, but the two broke off their engagement in March 2009. Later, Bristol began a child custody case against Johnston, seeking sole custody and child support. In July 2010, Bristol Palin and Johnston announced that they had reunited and were engaged for the second time. Less than three weeks later, they ended their second engagement.
Media has taken advantage of Levi and Bristol’s situation. In 2009, Levi agreed to appear in in a television commercial for Roll International, makers of Wonderful Pistachios. The commercial features Levi, with a bodyguard, opening a pistachio as a voice-over states, “Now Levi Johnston does it with protection”.
