Despite the rumors saying that Leonardo DiCaprio proposed girlfriend Bar Refaeli over the weekend, this information is not true.

According to UsMagazine.com, quoting a source close to DiCaprio, the German news were just fueled by the Valentine’s spirit. Indeed the couple is currently in Germany where 35 years old DiCaprio is promoting his movie ‘Shutter Island’ at the Berlin International Film Festival, but he didn‘t pop the question on his 24 years old model girlfriend.

The fire burning the news of an engagement between the two of them started after Bar was seen wearing a simple gold band on her ring finger at the Cinema For Peace Gala on Monday. So everybody thought that DiCaprio made the big step on Valentine’s Day at the Hotel de Rome before they celebrated at Grill Royal.

This is not the first time when DiCaprio and Refaeli are spotted as engaged. The last time the couple was rumored to be engaged was last March, but that news was also not true. Actually last September the couple broke up for a while, but reunited pretty soon. In the meanwhile both Bar and Leonardo have been spotted going out with new partners.
