Black Eyed Peas band is being sued by a singer that goes by the name of Phoenix Phenom and by her co-writer! The reason? These two claim the band stole their song, which was submitted to Interscope records. The song they say was stolen is what we know as Black Eyed Peas’ number one hit ‘Boom Boom Pow’. The problem is it can’t be verified when the song was submitted to Interscope or if Black Eyed Peas really have stolen the song. But let’s see if we can figure this out just by listening the song in both versions.
