Not a very good end of the year 2009 for Kim Kardashian. She is being sued by the man behind Dr. Siegal’s Cookie Diet weight loss program, after the brunette called the program “unhealthy.” In the lawsuit it is claimed that Kim had “commercial motive” to denigrate the program because she works for a a rival weight-loss program, QuickTrim. Cookie Doc is suing for unspecified damages. The money account demanded wasn’t either specified, but we bet it is not a small sum.
