Kevin Federline is really a greedy person! The money Britney Spears pays him in child support are never enough for him to pay his debts: over $ 100, 000 in unpaid rent and house damages. According to TMZ. com, his wasteful life style will cost him over $ 110,661. It seems that Britney's ex-husband suddenly disappeared from his Tarzana, California home without paying his last 6 months in rent. More than that, the owners pretend that K-Fed turned the house into "a cigarette-riddled, spit-stained dump". In consequence, the owners have filed a threatening letter to Federlind asking $110,661 in unpaid rent and damages which include:

• "Gutters full of cigarette butts and empty beer bottles
• A broken beer dispenser on the barbecue island
• Permanent spit marks on exterior paint
• Broken light covers
• Bent light posts
• Broken tiles
• Dead trees and plants due to failure to water
• Drawings all over the walls
• A room that was turned into a studio (without the owners' permission)
• Broken dishwasher ... with broken baskets
• Dismantled smoke detectors
• Front driveway oil-leak damage
• Master bathroom windows tinted (without owners' permission)", TMZ. com reports.
  Not to mention that they claim Federline left without returning the garage door opener!!!
