Kelly Osbourne has found love! Once again! The 27-year-old is dating Matthew Mosshart. According to one PerezHilton.com source, they met last summer at the wedding of Jamie Hince and Kate Moss.

“Kelly has learned from her previous relationships and wanted to keep this one quiet for as long as possible. She’s never been happier”, the source said.

To prove that news was true, the fashion TV star shared her happiness with her fans via Twitter. Kelly shared a picture of herself and Mosshart kissing on Twitter. “I’m in love and I don’t care who knows about it!” she wrote along with the photo. Kelly’s  2 million followers were able to see Kelly and Matthew french kissing.

Kelly is said to have introduced Matthew, the brother of Kills’ frontwoman Allison Mosshart, to her parents Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne. “Matthew is the first guy Kelly has ever brought home that every single one of her friends and family like. And he’s also the first boyfriend with whom she’s had a close relationship with his family”, one source revealed.

Previously, Kelly dated Luke Worrall, but they split after he cheated on her with a transsexual.
