The 25-year-old actress was seen having a cigarette outside a restaurant. She was having dinner with friends at Rick Stein’s The Seafood restaurant in Padstow, when Keira left her pals for a while, in order to light up a cigarette outside. Maybe she was in need for a calming ciggy.
